Nyovest pays tribute to the late Kiernan AKA Forbes and Costa Titch with a song on Solomon

Cassper Nyovest, the renowned rapper, recently announced that he won't be organizing his signature #FillUp concerts at any venues this year. This is unlike his tradition of hosting his trademark concert across various provinces.

He took to his Instagram timeline to remind his followers about the final leg of the African Tour concert, scheduled for October 28 in Newtown. Earlier in the year, Cassper and his fellow artist Nasty C had excitedly revealed their joint tour plans, commencing in Tanzania and ending in Johannesburg in October.

In a heartfelt plea to his Johannesburg fans, Cassper emphasized the significance of this tour finale with Nasty C. He urged them to turn out in large numbers, underscoring that it needed to be treated with the same energy and enthusiasm as his renowned #FillUp concert. He candidly admitted that he didn't anticipate hosting a #FillUp concert this year, making this tour a special opportunity for his supporters to unite. He encouraged them to secure their tickets for the October 28 event at Mary Fitzgerald Square via Web Tickets.

Cassper Nyovest has become synonymous with his legendary #FillUp concerts, which have seen him fill notable venues like The Dome in 2015, Orlando Stadium in 2016, FNB Stadium in 2017, Moses Mabhida Stadium in 2018, the Royal Bafokeng Stadium in 2019, and Mmabatho Stadium in 2022.The artist recently had a sit-down interview on the L-Tido podcast, where he attributed the idea for these ambitious concerts to the late HHP, a highly influential South African rapper. He also shared invaluable lessons learned from his time with HHP, highlighting how HHP's remarkable ability to transform his brand and connect with diverse audiences left an indelible impact on him.

In the build up to the release of his 2023 album titled "Solomon," Cassper Nyovest spoke to TshisaLIVE and expressed that, at this stage of his career, he has nothing left to prove. He described this album as a "Grootman" (grown-up) record, emphasizing that he has found his place in the industry. While he may no longer be the freshest face in the game or the hottest newcomer, he remains the artist who revolutionized the industry like no other, carving out a unique and influential path.
